Automation is the future development direction of mechanical and electrical industry
In recent years, China's mechanical and electrical industry has been unprecedented development, all kinds of mechanical and electrical products naturally to the global market. After years of development, China's mechanical and electrical industry has begun to take shape. With the increasing number of new products, the technical level has been greatly improved.
In the first half of 2008, China's export of mechanical and electrical products reached 388.88 billion US dollars, an increase of 25.4%, accounting for 58.3% of the total export value in the same period, 1.6 percentage points higher than that in the same period of 2007. Among them, the export of electrical and electronic products reached 160.7 billion US dollars, an increase of 24.8%; the export of machinery and equipment reached 128.06 billion US dollars, an increase of 22.6%. The export of high-tech products reached 1961.7 billion US dollars, an increase of 21.8%. Among them, the import of Mechanical and electrical products reached 265.38 billion US dollars, an increase of 18.9%
However, no matter how well developed the industry is, it has its own weakness that can not be ignored, and the mechanical and electrical industry is no exception. According to the questionnaire, about 27% of the enterprises said that the orders in hand decreased year on year, 26% of the enterprises' orders were flat, 47% of the enterprises' orders increased, and 21% of the enterprises' orders increased by more than 20%. The products developed by some domestic mechanical and electrical enterprises are lack of innovation, and most of them are hovering on low-level equipment. In a region, there are many enterprises in production, with large repeatability, fierce price competition and weak profits, which lead to insufficient investment in innovation. In order to meet the market demand, the domestic mechanical and electrical industry should get rid of the characteristics of primitive and low technology, and develop towards the direction of mechanical and electrical integration, multi-function, intelligent control and high precision.
